On your VIP day, this is what we do for the first half of the day:
Essentials
KICK OFF CALL TO MAKE SURE YOUR ESSENTIALS ARE READY TO GO AND PLAN FOR THE DAY.
The first call of the day will lay the groundwork. In this 60 min call, we will be able to discuss your pre-work and get the big picture of your set up. Neither of us will be flying blind at any point of the day and this call will ensure that.
By the time we complete this, we will:
- Have a clear picture of what your Dubsado build out will look like.
- You will get the emails/documents needed to be reviewed - to add your flair to!
- Design the finalized plan for the day
By the time we complete this, we will have:
- Your lead, onboarding, and offboarding workflows
- Canned emails and forms installed
- Scheduler set up + connected to corresponding workflows

CREATING YOUR KEY WORKFLOWS TO ENROLL YOUR COACHING CLIENTS WITH EASE.
We will work separately on your Dubsado set up. You may need to update some email templates to fit your voice a bit more, send me some of your assets, or review what I work on. We will be connected via Voxer during this time (work from anywhere in the comfort of your home!)

What Dubsado plan is this for?
This set up is only for the premier plan. The starter plan is too limited for what I offer for this full set up. If you need help with a starter plan, reach out to me at info@goodthingsindeed.com.
How Are You Doing This In 7 Hours?
Prep work makes the dream work! Before our call, you will be sent a questionnaire to capture all I need to have it done within one day.
With thorough prep work and my signature process we will get your coaching business set up in Dubsado done, easy, and in a day.
What If I Don’t Have My Branding Done?
Although I prefer to work with someone who already has this done, I can send you three choices to choose from to get you started. All VIP clients will get a “how the heck do I update my branding” guide after we conclude our day so you can update it in the future!
If you want to have a custom design, you will get a separate quote or referral but that must be completed at least 7 calendar days before our VIP day!
I Already Had Someone Set This Up For Me, Why Are You Different?
Well, sounds like you needed me for a reason if you landed on this page! But to be short and sweet, my VIP day is a Done WITH You experience. I have done dozens of done for you setups and I know how it can feel to not be involved. My goal is to get you super comfortable with your system that you can run it yourself!

How Much Will You Write For Me?
Based on your answers, I can write the majority of your forms, emails, and proposals. Anything that I feel is missing, will be considered “homework” for you during the VIP day when we are not in a session together.
I do not write contracts, though. And, as much as I love Elle Woods, I’m not a lawyer. I can provide some referrals to find a template you can purchase from a lawyer, if you need.
You will receive all the canned emails we use in a Google Doc to easily update as you need!
Do You Have Payment Plans?
I do! I offer full pay and 2-pay options. The benefit of paying in full is an appointment much sooner on my calendar. Those who opt for 2-pay will have an extra 30 day buffer for scheduling the VIP day to account for the final payment.
What Type Of Packages Do You Set Up?
To streamline this process I currently offer the following packages to set up for you:
- 1:1 coaching, 60 min sessions, kick off call 90 min. (12 sessions over 12 weeks)
- 1:1 coaching, 60 min sessions, kick off call 90 min. (9 sessions over 12 weeks)
If yours is somewhat different, we may still be able to swing it. If your packages are vastly different, I may suggest a pre-VIP day call to iron out your processes. Either way, just let me know before you book your free call with me so we can work that out.
Is The Proposal Completely Customized?
Short answer is not exactly. I have built 2 templates for you to choose from. And answers I ask in a pre-work questionnaire as well as your branding will be filled in your proposal. It will have some light code but user-friendly!
Side question - will I offer a fully custom CSS proposal? I do! It's a service that is outside this VIP Day. Please let me know on our call so I can give you a quote for your own fully custom CSS form.
Do I Have To Use The Dubsado Scheduler?
For the processes I recommend, yes. The scheduler is a vital part of the workflows. Dubsado can’t “see” outside schedulers like Acuity or Calendly. However, Dubsado currently does have one key limitation for some of my past clients that prevented us from fully using the scheduler. If you have weekly recurring appointments, this may be you. If you are unsure, we can chat about your needs before you book your day.
What If I Need More Support After The Vip Day?
In addition to the training library I will provide you, you will have 30 calendar days of support from me. Although this doesn’t include any edits or overhauls, I can troubleshoot, brainstorm, and fill in some gaps for you to feel successful!
What If I can't carve out a whole day?
No worries! I got you. I have a weekend set up that includes us getting on our initial 60 minute call on a Thursday, I set up through the weekend, and offboarding call takes place on a Monday. It's $500 less since we wouldn't block out one entire day. Just let me know when we chat!
